Vision, Mission, and Objectives
Vision:
To prepare scientific cadres equipped with the necessary practical skills in the field of biotechnology, in accordance with local and international quality and academic accreditation standards, to contribute to work in agricultural, industrial, and health institutions in both the public and private sectors.
Mission:
To prepare specialized personnel in the fields of biotechnology, providing them with up-to-date knowledge in various branches of biotechnological sciences, utilizing plant products and cultures, genetically engineering living organisms, conducting research in genetic modification, medical biotechnology, pharmaceutical compound production, and environmental reclamation to eliminate air, soil, and water pollutants, as well as employing microorganisms to extract biologically valuable substances.
Objectives:
- To provide qualified graduates to supply industrial, agricultural, and medical institutions in both the public and private sectors, and prepare them to pursue postgraduate studies.
- To offer scientific and technical consultations to various community sectors related to biotechnology.
